Step 1: Site Walkthrough & Clear Plan

We walk the property with you, review access and drainage, and map out the clearing, grading, and pad work before any equipment moves.

Step 2: Clearing, Grading & Pad Work

We clear trees and brush, strip and stockpile topsoil, then cut, fill, and compact the site to build a stable, properly graded pad.

Step 3: Final Walkthrough & Handoff

We walk the finished site with you, confirm grade and drainage are right, and hand it off ready for your builder or next phase of work.

  • Most residential jobs take a few days to a couple weeks depending on lot size, clearing needed, and weather. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before we start.
