We walk the cleared site with you, confirm everything matches the plan, and answer any questions before we leave.

Land Clearing FAQs

  • Forestry mulching grinds brush and small trees into chips and leaves the stumps and roots in the ground. That works for trails and views, but you can’t build on it. We do full clearing: trees and brush come down, stumps and roots are dug out, the debris is hauled away, and the site is rough graded. If you’re putting in a house, shop, driveway or septic system, that’s the kind of clearing you need.

  • We clear efficiently while limiting unnecessary disturbance. We haul or process debris as we go so you’re not left with brush piles or a torn-up site when we’re done.

  • We haul it. We run our own dump trailers, so trees, brush and stumps leave your property as we go. If you’d rather keep firewood or have brush piled for burning, tell us at the estimate and we’ll set it aside.

  • Pricing depends on the size of the area, density of brush and trees, and access. We give free, itemized estimates so there are no surprises.

  • Yes, and it’s often the best time. Frozen ground lets us get equipment onto wet or low lots without rutting them, there are no leaves in the way, and it’s the safe season to take down oaks. Clearing in winter also means your site is ready the day your builder is.
